Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Douvi Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Douvi Print, an Android application for creating and printing labels, barcodes, and QR codes.

2. Information handled by the app

Douvi Print does not require you to create an account. The current version does not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, advertising ID, or analytics data.

The app may process the following information only to provide features you choose to use:

• Label content: text, product details, barcode or QR code values, layouts, and templates that you create.
• Files selected by you: CSV files, logo images, and backup files opened through Android's system file picker.
• Printer information: the name and hardware address of a paired Bluetooth printer used to establish a connection and remember your selected printer.
• Purchase status: information provided by Google Play Billing that is necessary to confirm or restore access to Pro features. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

3. How information is used

Information processed by Douvi Print is used only to create, preview, save, import, back up, restore, and print labels; connect to a printer selected by you; and unlock purchased features.

4. Local storage and sharing

Label templates, imported data, printer preferences, and entitlement status are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. Files are exported or backed up only when you choose a destination through Android's system interface.

Douvi Print does not upload your label content, selected images, CSV files, or backup files to Douvi Labs servers. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Bluetooth permission

On supported Android versions, Douvi Print requests Bluetooth access so it can display paired devices and connect to the thermal printer you select. This permission is not used to determine, track, or store your location.

6. Third-party services

Douvi Print uses Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases. Google may process device, transaction, and account information under its own privacy terms. You can review the Google Privacy Policy.

The current version of Douvi Print does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored templates and related content remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear Douvi Print's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Exported backup files remain in the location you selected and can be deleted using your device's file manager.

Purchase records are retained by Google according to Google's policies. Douvi Labs does not maintain an account database for Douvi Print and therefore does not hold account data that requires a separate deletion request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to limit access to app data, including Android private application storage and system-provided file selection. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

Douvi Print is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Douvi Print may be used in different countries. Because the app's core content is processed locally, Douvi Labs does not transfer that content to its servers. Google Play services may process information in accordance with Google's applicable terms and policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
