Privacy approach

Douvi Labs aims to follow Vietnam’s current personal data protection framework, including the Law on Personal Data Protection and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, while also reflecting widely used international privacy principles such as transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, security and user choice.

Limited sharingData is not sold. It may be shared only with necessary service providers or when required by law.

Douvi ID & sign-in

Guest modeSome experiences may work without an account. Some non-sensitive activity, such as recently opened games, may be stored locally in the browser to improve the experience.

Third-party sign-inWhen Google or another authentication provider is enabled, that provider may process sign-in data under its own privacy terms.

Sync across devicesWhen supported, Douvi Labs will explain what is saved or synchronized, why it is needed and which controls are available to you.

Privacy requirements can differ by product, country and future regulation changes. Douvi Labs may update this page to reflect product changes, legal updates or new operating practices.

Account & saved progress

Sign-in informationWhen Douvi ID is enabled, the service may process a user identifier, email address, display name and avatar returned by the identity provider.

Saved progressIf you choose to save progress, supported activity may be linked to your Douvi ID so you can continue later or on another supported device.

Service providersSome sign-in, storage or delivery functions may rely on trusted third-party services. Douvi Labs aims to request only the data needed for the relevant feature.

Douvi Labs uses limited usage data to understand which parts of the experience are useful and where products can be improved. We aim to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information for this purpose, and you can turn usage-data collection off on this browser.
